In alignment with the Employee Engagement Program, October has been declared Quality Month at LAUGFS under the theme “Quality First.” This month, employees participate in quality-focused activities designed to deepen their understanding and commitment to high standards, including an engaging Quality Quiz Competition.

The Quality Quiz, launched in 2019, has become a cornerstone of training for LAUGFS employees, focusing on the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and essential work instructions. This year’s Quality Month celebrations have bolstered a sense of unity and friendly competition and reinforced LAUGFS’s commitment to quality at all levels, making it a memorable and impactful experience for the entire team.
